Volunteers

The Greenway Community Centre is always looking for Volunteers to help maintain the high quality  of benefits and services that are provided for Greenway and Social Housing residents in our area.

At present we need volunteers for the following programs that we operate:

• Tuesday evenings at 7.00pm  help with the Salvation Army.
• Tuesday and Friday afternoons, from 3.00pm, for 1 - 1 ½ hours. The volunteers will help with the sorting of the foods that arrive from OzHarvest and other organizations. The food when sorted is refrigerated overnight.
• Wednesday and Saturday morning from 7.30am volunteers required for approximately 1 hour to fill the food parcels for distribution to residents at 10.00am.
• Volunteers needed to clean the Community Centre.

• As part of our Charity responsibilities volunteers are needed to help on a Wednesday to operate our weekly sausage sizzle at Bunnings Artarmon from 8.00am – 4.00pm. We will be operating 2 shifts to cover this event.
